Dr. B.N.Goswamy, distinguished scholar of Indian miniature painting, gave an illustrated talk titled ‘Gods and Demons: A raging battle with no end in sight”  

The lecture was followed by a dance performance on the same theme by noted Bharata Natyam dancer, Malavika Sarukkai. She performed two pieces; one on the story of Vishnu’s Varaha avataar, and the second on the 8th century bhakti poetry of Andal.
