Directed by Roysten Abel, this unusual one-hour production featured 30 young boys of the Manganiyar desert community of Rajasthan.

The boys, each of them a repository of song, dance and rhythm, presented their glorious musical heritage in a classroom ambience, stunning the audience with their talent. Their body language was amazing, as was the effervescent energy and vibrant rhythm which they demonstrated.

The production was a kind of activism, carrying a long overdue message that our current system of learning needs an overhaul.
