The festival began with a screening of ‘Had Anhad’, a film by Shabnam Virmani depicting a person’s honest search through the ideology of Kabir and its relevance today. This was followed by Kabir compositions sung by Satyasheel Deshpande and Hemant Chauhan in classical and folk styles, respectively.

The next evening, Turkish dancer Ziya Azazi presented two items of contemporary, whirling dance, Bolero in Preview (indoors) and Ember (outdoors). The latter involved whirling surrounded by live fire.

On the last evening, Javed Ali performed a bouquet of Sufiana compositions from the traditional repertoire and tracks from Bollywood.
