Sahachari Foundation shook hands with the iconic National Centre for the Performing Arts to set the stage for Charishnu, a spectacular dance and music presentation that was also the Foundation’s first event. Conceived and directed by renowned dancer and choreographer Leela Samson, Charishnu comprised a well-thought-of selection of classical, folk, and martial dance forms from across the country. The troupe of 70 performers together captured the richness and diversity of India’s performing arts.
